Property Cleaning Services

We have cleaners that will provide you with all the necessary and proper cleaning services to meet all your expectations of a clean and tidy property.

Property Showing

Our priority to show your properties to potential tenants is very important to us and we make it as fast and efficient as possible. This will be booked by us with the tenant.

Rent Collection

It is our duty to meet with rent collection deadlines so that your cash flow improves, stress free. We will also be in charge of all eviction processes if tenants refuse to pay rent.

Repair & Maintenance

We are going to repair anything in the property that needs fixing. For repairs there will be additional costs that will apply. We are here to make sure that your property is suitable for living. We will regularly maintain your property to high expectations for your satisfaction!

Security Deposits

With every new tenant security deposits will be taken so that if there are any damages to the property, the deposit covers the cost.

Inspections Of Properties

Included in the package is supervision and maintenance, meaning every 6 months inspection of the houses will occur. This maintains the houses cleanliness and make sure the tenants are looking after the properties properly, giving you a peace of mind.
